OFFICIAL NOTICE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION <br />LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY <br />The City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission/Local Planning Agency will hold a meeting on <br />Wednesday, June 10, 2020, at 6:30 p.m, in the Casselberry Police Station Multi -Purpose Room, 4195 S. U.S. <br />Highway 17-92, Casselberry, Florida. <br />AGENDA <br />1. Call to Order/Roll Call <br />2. Pledge of Allegiance <br />3. Approval of Minutes for the meeting held on March 11, 2020, <br />4. Disclosure of Ex Parte Communications. <br />5. BA 20.01: 424 Citrus Lane. A variance request to Section 2-5.4, Table 2-5.4 of the ULDR to reduce the 20 ft. <br />rear yard setback to 18.5 ft. to allow an addition to the existing structure. <br />6. SP 20-01: West Development Center - Final Plat. A request to combine three (3) properties located along <br />South U.S. Highway 17-92 into one (1) parcel to accommodate future development. The three (3) subject <br />properties are addressed 2840, 2780, and 1768 S. U.S. Highway 17-92. <br />7. SP 20.02: Belle Avenue Industrial Park - Final Plat. A request to combine six (6) properties located along <br />Belle Avenue into one (1) parcel to accommodate future development, The parcel identification numbers of the <br />six (6) subject properties are 04-21-30-524-0000-0060, 04-21-30-524-0000-0050, 04-21-30-524-0000-0040, 04- <br />21-30-524-0000-0030,04-21-30-524-0000-0020, and 04-21-30-524-0000-0010. <br />8. CU 20.02: 211 Reece Way #1719. A conditional use request for a trade and skilled services without outside <br />storage use in the I (Industrial) zoning district within the Community Redevelopment District. <br />9.
