CONSENT AGENDA The action proposed to be taken it stated for each item on the Consent Agenda. Unless one item is removed from the Consent Agenda by a City Commission member, no discussion on individual items will occur and a single motion will approve all items. A. Resolution 19-3121- Seminole State College Public Safety Training Complex Resolution 19-3121 provides for an agreement between the Casselberry Police Department and Seminole State College for the use of their Public Safety Training Complex. B. Resolution 19-3122 - Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the State Highway Maintenance Memorandum of Agreement with FDOT for Right -of -Way Maintenance of SR 436 and US Highway 17-92 Approval of Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the Memorandum of Agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation for the right-of-way maintenance of S.R. 436 and U.S. Highway 17-92 is requested. C. Resolution 19-3125 - Vacate Easement Rights at 1200 Seminola Boulevard Resolution 19-3125 is for the purpose of vacating drainage easement rights over property located at 1200 Seminola Boulevard. D. Budget Amendment #19-047 - Reclassification of Funds for Public Works Department Complex Design Approval of Budget Amendment # 19-047 reclassifying funds from General Fund, Stormwater Fund and Water and Sewer Fund to Capital Improvement Fund for design of the Public Works Department Complex Design is requested.
