OFFICIAL NOTICE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION <br />LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY <br />The City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission/Local Planning Agency will hold a meeting on <br />Wednesday, August 14, 2019, at 6:30 p.m. in the Casselberry City Hall, Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, <br />Casselberry, Florida. <br />Ar;FNnA <br />1. Call to Order/Roll Call <br />2. Pledge of Allegiance <br />3. Approval of Minutes for the meeting held on July 10, 2019. <br />4. Disclosure of Ex Parte Communications. <br />5. SPR 19-11: Duke PvwerStation. A major site plan request for improvements to the Duke PowerStation located at 890 <br />South Winter Park Drive. <br />6. BA 19.04: 226 Overbrook Drive. A variance request to Section 2-5.4, Table 2-5.4 of the ULDR to reduce the 20 -ft. rear <br />yard setback to 10 -ft. to allow a shed. <br />7. ZB 19.06: 1085 Belle Avenue. A request to amend the Official Zoning Map from I (Industrial) to CS (Commercial <br />Service) for the property located at 1085 Belle Avenue. <br />8. LPA 19-11: 245 Lake Ellen Drive. A request to amend the Future Land Use Map from Low Density Residential to <br />Commercial for the property located at 245 Lake Ellen Drive. <br />9. SP 17.05:_ Park_ Place at Lake Kathryn — Final Plat. A request to replat eleven (11) parcels located along Seminola <br />Boulevard into two (2) lots. <br />10. CU 19-13: Carwash at 2699 Cassel Creek Blvd. A conditional use request to operate a carwash (Pearl Carwash) at <br />2699 Cassel Creek Blvd. <br />11. SPR 19-09: Pearl Carwash. A major site plan request to develop a carwash at 2699 Cassel Creek Blvd. <br />12. LPA 19-10: Amendment to 2019 Capital Improvement. Program. An ordinance to adopt the amended 2019-2023 <br />Capital Improvement Program into the City's Comprehensive Plan. <br />13. LPA 19.13: Hotels, Motels, and Transient Lodging (DISCUSSION ONLY). A discussion only item related to a <br />proposed ordinance that creates a new section in the ULDR to provide lodging standards and amends Section 5-21.2 by <br />adding and updating definitions for lodging types. <br />14.
