OFFICIAL NOTICE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION <br />LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY <br />The City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission/Local Planning Agency will hold a meeting on <br />Wednesday, June 12, 2019, at 6:30 p.m. in the Casselberry City Hall, Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, <br />Casselberry, Florida. <br />AGENDA <br />1. Call to Order/Roll Call <br />2. Pledge of Allegiance <br />3. Approval of Minutes for the meeting held on May 8, 2019. <br />4. Disclosure of Ex Parte Communications. <br />5. SP 19-01: Properties along Red Bug Lake Road - Jefferson Lake Howell (Azul) — Final Plat, A request to replat 11 <br />properties into 1 property generally located south of the intersection of Eagle Circle and Red Bug Lake Road for the <br />Jefferson Lake Howell (Azul) apartment development. <br />6. CU 19.09: 591 State Road 436. A conditional use request to operate a dog training facility at 591 State Road 436. <br />7. BA 19.03: 345 Piney Ridge Road. A variance request to Section 2-5.4, Table 2-5.4 of the ULDR to reduce the 10 -ft. side <br />interior yard and 20 -ft. rear yard setbacks to 0 -ft. to allow a deck. <br />8. BA 19.02: 547 Lake Howell Road. A variance request to Section 2-5.4 to reduce the side interior lot line setback from <br />15 -ft. to 10 -ft. and reduce the rear lot line setback from 30 -ft. to 20 -ft. for a proposed 8 -unit townhouse subdivision. <br />9. SPR 19-03: 547 Lake Howell Road (Lake Howell Crossing — Townhomes). A major site plan request to develop an 8 - <br />unit townhouse subdivision. <br />10. SPR 19.04: 2610 South U.S. Highway 17-92. A major site plan request to construct a 3,800 square foot Sunday school <br />building for an existing place of worship. <br />11. ZB 19-05: Corner of South U.S. Highway 17-92 and East Altamonte Drive. A request to amend the Official Zoning <br />Map from CG (Commercial General) to PMX-HIGH (Planned Mixed -Use: High Rise) for property generally located at the <br />northwest corner of South U.S. Highway 17-92 and East Altamonte Drive. <br />12.
