Gardner, City Clerk (attended special meeting only) <br />Debra Babb-Nutcher, Assistant City Attorney (attended attorney-client session) <br />MEETING CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Glancy called the special meeting of the Casselberry City Commission to order at 6:06 p.m. <br />ROLL CALL <br />The City Clerk called the roll of Elected Officials. All were present. <br />SPECIAL MEETING <br />Ms. Catherine D. Reischmann, City Attorney, requested that the City Commission conduct an attorney-client <br />session, pursuant to Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes, for the purpose of discussing: Qy of Casselberry v. <br />Florida Fish. and Wildlife Conservation Commission Division ofAdministrative Hearings, CaseNo. 18-6501. <br />The subject matter of the attorney-client session shall be confined to settlement negotiations or strategy <br />sessions related to litigation expenditures. <br />
