CALL TO ORDER <br />Vice Mayor Meadows called the Workshop of the Casselberry City Commission to order at 3:38 p.m. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />The City Clerk called the roll of Elected Officials. All were present with the exception of Mayor Glancy. The <br />City Clerk announced for the record that Mayor Glancy had called to advise she was running behind due to an <br />earlier appointment that had run over, but would arrive at the meeting as soon as possible. <br />3. DISCUSSION ITEMS <br />A. Preliminary Recommendations for South Winter Park Drive Improvements (Projects <br />PW 1801-1804) <br />Staff Presentation: Deputy Public Works Director/City Engineer Kelly Brock gave a brief overview of the <br />purpose of the workshop which was to present the conceptual design concepts for the South Winter Park Drive <br />Improvement Projects identified in the Multimodal Transportation Plan, and to obtain feedback and a <br />
