CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Glancy called the Workshop of the Casselberry City Commission to order at 2:05 p.m. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />The City Clerk called the roll of Elected Officials. All were present. <br />3. DISCUSSION ITEMS <br />A. Review and Discussion on Proposed Service Enhancements for Certain Parks <br />City Manager Randy Newlon gave a brief overview of the purpose of the workshop, noting that the City <br />had adopted a Parks, Recreation and Open Spaces Master Plan in July of 2017 which identified certain <br />projects that the City may want to move forward on, some of which were desirable but did not have <br />
