CALL MEETING TO ORDER <br />Mayor Glancy called the Workshop of the Casselberry City Commission to order at 2:08 p.m. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />The City Clerk called the roll of Elected Officials. All were present. <br />3. DISCUSSION ITEMS <br />Presentation: City Manager Randy Newlon welcomed everyone and gave a brief introductory statement about <br />the purpose of the workshop which was to follow up with discussion about seven parks listed in the City's <br />Parks, Recreation, Pathways and Open Spaces Master Plan which were earmarked for possible additional site <br />master planning and consideration of additional park enhancements. He advised that six of these seven parks <br />had been selected for further consideration and were the subject of discussion at a workshop on January 22, <br />2018. At that workshop the City Commission had assigned a working value to each of the parks and requested <br />
