All were present. <br />SPECIAL, MEETING <br />Ms. Catherine D. Reischmann, City Attorney, requested that the City Commission conduct an attorney-client <br />session, pursuant to Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes, for the purpose of discussing: 1) Rochelle Meeks v. <br />City of Casselbeny, Case No. 2010-CA-006415; and 2) Maria H. Johnson v. City of Casselber•ty (Red Light <br />Camera) Case No. 2009-CA-007307. The subject matter of the attorney-client session shall be confined to <br />settlement negotiations or strategy sessions related to litigation expenditures. <br />
