Gardner, City Clerk <br />Matthew Fortini, Administrative Services Director <br />Don Harkins, Fire Chief <br />Don Martin, Community Development Director <br />Bill McNeil, Deputy Police Chief <br />Randy Newlon, Finance Director <br />Ed Torres, Public Works Director <br />Mayor Glancy called the Workshop/Retreat of the Casselbeny City Commission to order at 8:30 a.m. <br />The Workshop/Retreat was facilitated by Ms. Marilyn Crotty, Director of the Florida Institute of Government <br />at the University of Central Florida. Concerns and issues relating to development of the FY 2010-11 budget <br />were discussed by the City Commission and staff.
