CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of January 26, 2004 - Regular Meeting <br />Page 2 of 12 <br /> <br />Mr. Clifton requested that the approval of a sole source contract with Valley Crest Tree Care Services in the <br />amount of $ 9,350 for the relocation of 22 crape myrtles from the Wal-Mart site he added to the Special <br />Invoice and Minor Contracts/Amendments Authorization Report. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Clark moved to add the sole source <br />contract with Valley Crest Tree Care Services in the <br />amount of $9,350 to Regular Agenda item (1), Special <br />Invoice and Minor Contracts/Amendments <br />Authorization Report for consideration. Motion was <br />seconded by Commissioner Cook~ Motion carried <br />unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION <br /> <br />Mayor Pmnovost asked if there was anyone in the audience that wished to request participation on any <br />agenda item, or address the Commission on any other matter. The following individuals canae forward: <br /> <br />1 ) Bill Stevens, Executive Director, Christian Coalition of Florida, 720 Oakland Hill Circle, <br />#200, Lake Mary, requested an opportunity to address Regular Agenda item (3), First <br />Reading of Ordinance 04-1120. <br /> <br />2) Lois Fairweather, Member, Christian Coalition of Florida, 973 Stonewood Lane, <br />requested an opportunity to address Regular Agenda item (3), First Reading of Ordinance <br />04-1120. <br /> <br />3) Colleen Hufford, 527 Queens Mirror Circle, requested an opportunity to address Regular <br />Agenda item (3), First Reading of Ordinance 04-1120. <br /> <br />4) John Casselberry, 700 South Lost Lake Lane, requested an opportunity to address Regular <br />Agenda items (2), First Reading of Ordinance 04-1119; (3), First Reading of Ordinance 04- <br />1120; and (6), Consideration of Debt Settlement/CRA Land Swap. Mr. Casselberry also <br />reiterated his public records request previously made at the January 12, 2004 meeting and <br />requested that all City departments and the City Attorney's files be included and not <br />destroyed. <br /> <br />No one else came forward.
