All were present. <br /> <br />5. MINUTES <br /> <br />A. January 22, 2007 - Regular Meeting <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Doerner moved to approve the minutes of <br />January 22, 2007 as presented. Motion was seconded <br />by Commissioner Hufford. Motion carried <br />unanimously by voice vote 5 - O. <br /> <br />6. PRESENT A TIONS/COMMENDA TIONS <br /> <br />No items were presented under Presentations/Commendations. <br /> <br />7. CITIZENS' COMMENTS <br /> <br />Mayor Goff announced that persons who wished to make comment or inquiry on any matter not on the <br />agenda may request to be recognized during Citizens' Comments. The following individuals came forward: <br /> <br />1) Carol Lucadamo, 1002 W olfTrail, voiced concerns regarding her neighbor's tree and its <br />encroachment and related mess on her property, and Code Enforcement not being able to <br />assist her with the matter since it was a private property matter. Requested the City <br />Commission consider adopting regulations requiring homeowners to be more responsible <br />for the routine maintenance of their trees and their impacts on surrounding neighbors. <br /> <br />2) John Casselberry, 700 South Lost Lake Lane, voiced concerns regarding old plats and <br />how the area lakes used to be utilized for irrigation purposes. Mr. Casselberry also <br />reiterated his concerns regarding the CRA and City Commission's decision to demolish the <br />Concord Center buildings, and which state Centex Homes is incorporated in. Mr. <br />Casselberry noted there was a police raid at his rental home on Queens Mirror Circle, and <br />inquired if Commissioner Hufford was on the property or inside the house on the date ofthe <br />raid. Commissioner Hufford stated she was not on the property or inside the house. <br /> <br />3) Phyllis Sheppard, 580 South Triplet Lake Drive, voiced concerns regarding the City <br />Commission's recent advisory board appointment process and the decision to not reappoint <br />Pete Monaco to the Parks & Recreation Advisory Board. <br /> <br />4) Valerie Barber-Simpson, 919 Laura Street, voiced concerns regarding the location ofthe <br />LYNX bus stop on U.S. Highway 17-92 in correlation with the Lake Kathryn Mobil Horne <br />Park. <br />
