Approval of Agenda <br />Mayor Goff stated that staff had requested the deletion of Item B under Presentations - "Code Compliance <br />Districts - Mark Curfman, MGT America, Inc. & John Drago, City Administrator, City of Longwood" <br />Item will be rescheduled at a later date. <br />MOTION: Moved by Commissioner Colleen S. Hufford to ap prove the Agenda as <br />amended with the deletion of Item B under Presentations. Motion was <br />seconded by Commissioner Susan Doerner and carried on a 5 - 0 vote. <br />6. Presentations <br />A. Traffic Safety - Robin Butler, Seminole County Traffic Engineering Department <br />Ms. Butler's power point presentation "Analysis of Seminole County Traffic Fatalities" is attached to and <br />made a part of these minutes. <br />B. Code Compliance Districts - Mark Curfman, MGT America, Inc. & John Drago, City <br />Administrator, City of Longwood - Deleted <br />The following Mayor's Proclamations were acknowledged by Mayor Goff and are attached to and made a <br />part of these minutes: <br />C. National Volunteer Week - April 23 - 29, 2006 <br />D. Municipal Clerk' Week - April 30 - May 6, 2006 <br />7. Citizens' Comments <br />1) Kathy Hale, 325 Southcot, Casselberry, Florida, voiced concerns regarding the resignation of the <br />former City Manager and called for the resignation of Mayor Goff, Commissioner Cook and <br />Commissioner Hart. <br />2) Phyllis Sheppard, 580 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida, thanked the City Commission and <br />the staff forthe Volunteer Board Appreciation Dinner that was held on April 22, 2006 at the German <br />American Club. <br />3) John Casselberry, 700 S. Lost Lake Lane, Casselberry, Florida, disagreed with the Commission <br />decision at the April 17, 2006 meeting regarding delaying the recruitment of a City Manager until <br />after the November Election. <br />
