All were present. <br /> <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Staff Presentation: Mr. Segreto requested that consideration of the Utility Deposit Waiver Policy for <br />Hurricane Katrina be added to the Consent Agenda as item H. Copies of the policy were distributed to the <br />City Commission. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Commissioner Doerner moved to approve the agenda <br />as amended, adding the Utility Deposit Waiver Policy <br />for Hurricane Katrina Survivors as item H under the <br />Consent Agenda. Motion was seconded by Vice Mayor <br />Hart. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />6. PRESENTATIONS <br /> <br />A. OUARTERL Y EMPLOYEE RECOGNITION AWARDS <br /> <br />Mr. Segreto presented the following Quarterly Employee Recognition Awards: <br /> <br />Individual Excellence Award <br /> <br />Carol Thio, Payroll Specialist <br />Finance Department <br /> <br />Ms. Thio was awarded a $100 gift certificate for the excellent way in which she handles her payroll <br />responsibilities and for the overall assistance she lends to employees regarding benefits. <br /> <br />GrauD Excellence Award <br /> <br />Andrea Eichorn, Police Sergeant <br />Robert Fugate, Police Officer <br />David Cruz, Police Officer <br />Jim Goodman, Police Detective <br />Nancy Galarza, Police Dispatcher <br />Mike Mulderig, Police Dispatcher <br />Oden Shepherd, Police Dispatcher <br />Police Department <br /> <br />Each member of this group was awarded a $50 gift certificate for their collaborative effort in caring for a <br />small child who was wandering the streets in the early morning hours and the ultimate safe return of the child <br />to his family. <br />
