All were present. <br /> <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Commissioner Doerner moved to approve the agenda <br />as presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Hufford. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />6. PRESENTATIONS <br /> <br />No presentations were scheduled for this meeting. <br /> <br />7. CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> <br />I) Dawn Stanley, 676 North Winter Park Drive, voiced concerns regarding code violations <br />in her surrounding neighborhood, and inconsistent enforcement throughout the City. Ms. <br />Stanley also voiced concerns regarding a violation she was issued for a canopy in her back <br />yard and took exception to the responses given to her by the code enforcement officer as to <br />why the canopy was a violation. Ms. Stanley cited the following existing code violations: <br />canopy structure at 871 Seminola Boulevard; tent structure in the front yard at 764 North <br />Winter Park Drive; canopy structure at 791 Crestview Drive; shed in front yard and <br />miscellaneous outside storage at 670 and 680 Crestview Drive; inoperable vehicle parked <br />in front yard at 1031 Crestview Lane; boat parked in front yard at 219 Bridle Path; boat <br />parked in front yard at 412 Brittany Circle; six foot fence in the front yard at 694 North <br />Winter Park Drive; screens in disrepair on front porch at 721 North Winter Park Drive; and <br />commercial vehicle oversized lettering violation at 21 Carriage Hill Circle. Mayor Goff <br />pointed out Chief Harkins to Ms. Stanley and suggested that she give him the list of <br />observed code violations. <br /> <br />2) John Casselberry, 700 South Lost Lake Lane, stated that he has conducted some research <br />on the deaths of two former council members in the City which he believed were murdered. <br />Mr. Casselberry further stated that the Police Department did not have the records on the <br />deaths, even though one had occurred within the City limits and inquired if the City <br />Attorney's law firm still had the records from when Ken McIntosh was the City Attorney. <br />Mr. Casselberry reiterated a previous inquiry of whether or not Mrs. Reischmann was <br />related to or knew Bill Battaglia. Mayor Goff stated that Mrs. Reischmann had previously <br />indicated that she was not related to Mr. Battaglia and requested that Mr. Casselberry limit <br />his inquiries and comments to those relevant to City business. Mr. Casselberry also voiced <br />concerns regarding the Personnel Department and thought the department should track the <br />
