All members ofthe City Commission <br />were present. Also present at the session were Frank Clifton, City Manager; Cristina Vivo, Personnel <br />Director; John Pavlis, Police Chief; and Jeffrey Mandel, City Labor Attorney. Mayor Goff adjourned the <br />Executive Session at 6:35 p.m. <br />
