All were present with the exception of Vice Mayor <br />Hart. <br /> <br />V. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Goff explained the procedures for audience participation and directed anyone in the audience wishing <br />to comment on any agenda item including public hearings, or any other matter, to fill out the appropriate <br />request form and submit it to the City Clerk. <br /> <br />A memo dated February 14,2005 from Donna Gardner was distributed to the City Commission indicating <br />that Vice Mayor Hart was unable to attend the meeting due to illness and respectfully was requesting that <br />her excuse of absence be added to the Consent Agenda for consideration. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Commissioner Doerner moved to add the Excuse of <br />Absence of Vice Mayor Hart to the Consent Agenda as <br />item (F). Motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Cook. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />Mr. Clifton requested that Alternative Methods to Board Appointments for Review and Discussion be added <br />under Old Business as item (B). <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Commissioner Hufford moved to add Alternative <br />Methods to Board Appointments for Review and <br />Discussion to Old Business as item (8). Motion was <br />seconded by Commissioner Doerner. Motion carried <br />unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />VI. CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />The following items were presented for approval on the Consent Agenda: <br /> <br />A. Minutes of January 24, 2005 Regnlar Meeting - CORRECTED <br /> <br />The following correction was made to page 15 of the January 24, 2005 minutes: <br /> <br />Roll Call Vote o.fthe City Commission: <br /> <br />Commissioner Doerner - Yes; Commissioner Cook - No; Commissioner Hufford - Yes; Vice Mayor <br />Hart - Yes; Mayor Goff - m No. Motion passed 3 - 2. <br />
