Clifton, Jr., City Manager <br />Catherine Reischmann, City Attorney <br />Thelma McPherson, City Clerk <br />Tony Segreto, Director of Public Works <br />John Pavlis, Police Chief <br />Mitchel Floyd, Fire Chief <br />Dick Wells, Community Development Director <br />Jeffrey Dreier, Finance Director <br />Matt Fortini, Parks and Recreation Director <br /> <br />The June 14,2004 Meeting of the City Commission of the City of Casselberry was called to <br />order by Mayor Bruce Pronovost. The Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance were led by Vice <br />Mayor/ Commissioner Al Clark. <br /> <br />AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION <br /> <br />John Casselberry, 700 South Lost Lake Lane, Casselberry, Florida, asked to speak on Regular <br />Agenda item #2. <br /> <br />Mr. Casselberry also addressed drainage and flooding problems in the Lake Kathryn and Lake <br />Howell areas. He advised the City not to sell any of the property at 80 Triplet Lake Drive until <br />the entire parcel is master planned, because he was considering a possible lawsuit against the <br />CIP Trust Estate for selling the property at 80 Triplet Lake Drive for $1 million less than it was <br />appraised for in 1986. <br />
