RESOLUTION 05-1555 "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A PROPOSAL FROM CROM ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION SERVICES, INe. FOR THE HOWELL PARK GROUND STORAGE TANK REPAIRS AND AERATOR REPLACEMENT; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." WHEREAS, the City of Casselbeny requested [¡nns to provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, and related services needed for the Howell Park ground storage tank repairs and aerator replacement; and WHEREAS, Crom Engineering & Construction Services, Inc. was the sole bidder; and WHEREAS, the ground storage tank at Howell Park is in need of repair and aerator replacement in order to provide reliable water service and adequate treatment; and WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the proposal from Crom Engineering & Construction Services, Inc. and found it to be the most responsible bid for the project and recommends approval. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. The City Commission of the City of Casselbeny hereby approves the proposal from Crom Engineering & Construction Services, Inc. (attached as "Exhibit A"), and authorizes the Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City. SECTION II. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. SECTION III. Severabilitv. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Resolution.
