Mrs. McPherson called the roll of Elected Officials. All were present. <br /> <br />AGENDA <br /> <br />1. UPDATE STATUS REPORT - CITY RESPONSE TO HURRICANE FRANCES <br /> <br />Staff Presentation: The following was reported by the City Manager and Department Directors with regard <br />to the City's response to Hurricane Frances over the Labor Day weekend: <br /> <br />A mandatory evacuation of mobile homes was issued by Seminole County on Friday, September 3, <br />2004. <br />The City's Emergency Operation Center was fully activated Saturday, September 4,2004 at 12:00 <br />p.m. and currently was still operating with a skeleton crew until Tuesday, September 7, 2004 at <br />Midnight. <br />
