CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />CITY COMMISSION <br />The City Conunission of the City of Casselberry held a special meeting and attomey-client session on Monday, <br />Jame 11, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. The special meeting was held in the Casselbeny City Commission Chambers and <br />the attorney-client session was held in the City Manager's Conference Room, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, <br />Casselberry, Florida. <br />ELECTED OFFICIALS PRESENT: <br />Charlene Glancy, Mayor/Commissioner - Seat No. 5 <br />Colleen Hufford, Vice Mayor/Commissioner — Seat No. 4 <br />Jon Miller, Conunissioner — Seat No. 2 <br />Anthony Aramendia, Commissioner — Seat No. 1 <br />ELECTED OFFICIALS ABSENT: <br />Sandra Solomon, Commissioner — Seat No. 3 <br />STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT: <br />Randy Newlon, Interim City Manager <br />Catherine D. Reischmann, City Attorney <br />Judi Romboli, Executive Assistant to the City Manager (attended the special nieeting only) <br />MEETING CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Glancy called the special meeting of the Casselberry City Commission to order at 6:03 p.m. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Ms. Romboli called the roll of Elected Officials. All were present with the exception of Commissioners <br />Sandra Solomon and Jon Miller. Ms. Romboli advised that Commissioner Solomon had an Excuse of Absence <br />on the Regular Commission Meeting Agenda, and that Commissioner Miller had called to advise he would <br />arrive late to the meeting. <br />SPECIAL MEETING <br />Ms. Catherine D. Reischmann, City Attorney, requested that the City Commission conduct an attorney-client <br />session, pursuant to Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes, for the purpose of discussing: Rochelle Meeks v. <br />City of Casselberry, Case No. 2010 -CA -006415. The subject matter of the attorney-client session shall be <br />confined to settlement negotiations or strategy sessions related to litigation expenditures. <br />
