RESOLUTION 1.2-2361 "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING A CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT SERVICES CONTRACT WITH ASSOCIATED CONSULTING INTERNATIONAL, INC. (ACI); PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE." WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry requested proposals from qualified firms or individuals via an advertisement in the Orlando Sentinel on October 23, 2011, for the Professional Development Management Services; and WHEREAS, Associated Consulting International, Inc. submitted the only proposal for these services; and WHEREAS, the Purchasing Agent and Community Development Director reviewed the proposal from Associated Consulting International, Inc. and determined that it is responsible and responsive and recommend approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. The City of Casselberry hereby approves the Continuing Professional Development Management Services Contract with Associated Consulting International, Inc. (attached as Exhibit A), and authorizes and Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City Commission. SECTION II. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolution in conflict with any of the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. SECTION III. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Resolution.
