RESOLUTION 1.2-2361 <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, APPROVING A CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT <br />SERVICES CONTRACT WITH ASSOCIATED CONSULTING INTERNATIONAL, INC. <br />(ACI); PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry requested proposals from qualified firms or individuals via <br />an advertisement in the Orlando Sentinel on October 23, 2011, for the Professional Development <br />Management Services; and <br />WHEREAS, Associated Consulting International, Inc. submitted the only proposal for these <br />services; and <br />WHEREAS, the Purchasing Agent and Community Development Director reviewed the proposal <br />from Associated Consulting International, Inc. and determined that it is responsible and responsive and <br />recommend approval. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. The City of Casselberry hereby approves the Continuing Professional Development <br />Management Services Contract with Associated Consulting International, Inc. (attached as Exhibit A), and <br />authorizes and Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City Commission. <br />SECTION II. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolution in conflict with any of the <br />provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION III. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution proves to <br />be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or <br />effect of any other Section or part of this Resolution. <br />SECTION V. Effective Date.
