Mayor's Proclamation - Casselberry Firefighters Appreciation Week - September 2 - 8, <br />2007- A representative fi•om the Muscular Dystrophy Association accepted the <br />Proclamation and expressed their gratitude to the firefighters who have participated in the <br />"Fill the Boot" Campaigns for the past 53 years. <br />B. Departmental Presentation - Records Management, Donna Gardner, Deputy City Clerk <br />Copy of power point presentation is attached to and made a part of these minutes. <br />Citizens' Comments: <br />The Mayor stated that persons who wish to make comment or make inquiry on any matter not on <br />the Agenda may do so at this time. Please raise your hand to be recognized, give your name and <br />address to speak on any matter. All comments are to be directed to the Mayor and City <br />Commission. If you wish to be heard during Public Hearings, you will be recognized at that time. <br />The following individual came forward to address the Commission: <br />1) John Casselberry, 700 South Lost Lake Lane, Casselberry, Florida, addressed the <br />Commission regarding tree preservation and records destruction. <br />2) Cal Fisher, 1533 Canterbury Circle, Casselberry, Florida, addressed parking problems in <br />his neighborhood and chastised the Commission for not resolving the problem. <br />8. Consent Agenda <br />The following items were presented for approval on the Consent Agenda. There is no discussion <br />on individual items unless the item is removed fi•o►n the Consent Agenda by a City Commission <br />member and a single motion will approve all items. <br />A. Resolution 07-1814 - Agreement with Public Resources Management Group, Inc. to <br />Conduct a Water, Wastewater and Reclaimed Water Utility Rate Study and Related <br />Budget Transfer of $28,000 to cover the cost of the study. <br />"A Resolution of the City of Casselberry, Florida, authorizing the execution of an agreement <br />with Public Resources Management Group, Inc., (PRMG), to provide a water, wastewater, and <br />reclaimed water utility rate study and related budget transfer; providing for conflicts, <br />severability, and effective date. " <br />B. Resolution 07-1815 - Cooperative Purchase Agreement with Orlando Paving Company <br />and Related Budget Transfer of $10,500 to cover the costs associated with milling and <br />resurfacing of Avalon Boulevard. <br />"A Resolution of the City of Casselberry, Florida, authorizing the execution of an agreement <br />between Orlando Paving Company, (OPC), and the City of Casselberry for the resurfacing of <br />Avalon Boulevard and related budget transfer; providing for conflicts, severability, and <br />effective date. " <br />
