Kinderknecht <br />Sandi Solomon <br />Unopposed <br />Unopposed <br />1,196 Votes (44.46%) <br />1,494 Votes (55.54%) <br />MOTION: Vice Mayor Hufford moved to approve certification of the election results for <br />the August 26, 2014 City Election. Motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Aramendia. Motioned carried unanimously by voice vote 5-0. <br />4. SEATING OF NEWLY ELECTED OFFICIALS <br />A. Oath of Office — Commission Seat No. 1 — Anthony Aramendia <br />The following oath was administered to Anthony Aramendia by the City Attorney: <br />"I, Anthony Aramendia, do solemnly swear that I will support, protect, and defend the Constitution <br />and Government of the United States and of the State of Florida; and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of <br />Casselberry; and that I am duly qualified to hold office under the Constitution of the State; and that I will well <br />and faithfully perform the duties of Commissioner of the City of Casselberry, Florida, on which I am about to <br />enter, so help me God." <br />The Oath, as administered, was signed by Commissioner Aramendia and affirmed by the City Attorney, and is <br />attached to and made a part of these minutes. <br />B.
