First Reading of Ordinance 21-1551 - Amending the Official Zoning Designation for the <br />Properties Located at 3110 Howell Branch Road and 3128 Orava Lane (ZB 20-03) <br />Approval of Ordinance 21-1551 to amend the official zoning designation for two (2) parcels located at 3110 Howell <br />Branch Road and 3128 Orava Lane from Seminole County R-4 (Multiple -Family Dwelling) to City of Casselberry PRD <br />(Planned Residential District) is requested. <br />B. First Reading of Ordinance 21-1552 - Amending the Official Zoning Designation for the <br />Property Located at 1391 State Road 436 (ZB 20-05) <br />Approval of Ordinance 21-1552 to amend the official zoning designation for one (1) parcel located at 1391 State Road <br />436 from CG (Commercial General) to PMX-MID (Planned Mixed -Use: Medium Rise) is requested. <br />10. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 21-1548 - Amending Article XIV, Tree <br />Protection, Sections 3-14.3 and 3-14-8 Regarding the Tree Removal Process (LPA 20-11) <br />Adoption of Ordinance 21-1548 amending Article XIV, Tree Protection, Sections 3-14.3 and 3-14.8, in the City of <br />Casselberry Unified Land Development Regulations regarding the tree removal process (LPA 20-11) is requested. <br />B. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 21-1549 - Issuance of Capital Improvement <br />General Obligation Bonds, in One or More Series <br />Adoption of Ordinance 21-1549 authorizing the Issuance of the City of Casselberry, Florida Capital Improvement <br />General Obligation Bonds, in one or more series, in order to finance the renovation, improvement and construction of <br />various capital improvements, including but not limited to, the parks and recreation improvements and facilities in the <br />principal amount not to exceed $24,000,000 is requested. <br />C. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 21-1550 - Amending the Official Zoning <br />Designation for the Property Located at 198 SR 436 (ZB 20-04) <br />Adoption of Ordinance 21-1550 to amend the official zoning designation for one (1) parcel located at 198 SR 436 from <br />CG (Commercial General) to PMX-HIGH (Planned Mixed -Use: High Rise) is requested. <br />11. RESOLUTIONS <br />A. Resolution 21-3230 - Issuance of City of Casselberry General Obligation Bond, Series 2021 <br />and Related Budget Amendment #21-026 <br />Approval of Resolution 21-3230 authorizing a bond issuance identified as "City of Casselberry General <br />Obligation Bond, Series 2021" in the principal of $6,000,000 and related Budget Amendment #21-026 recognizing costs <br />of issuance is requested. <br />B. Resolution 21-3231 - Comprehensive Annual Financial Report for Fiscal Year 2020 <br />Resolution 21-3231 provides for the acceptance of the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report for the fiscal year <br />ending September 30, 2020. <br />12. OTHER ITEMS <br />A. Approval of the Fiscal Year 2021 Neighborhood Grant Applications <br />Approval of the Fiscal Year 2021 Neighborhood Improvement Grant and the Neighborhood Beautification Grant <br />Applications is requested. <br />
