RESOLUTION 20-3192 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE SALE OF CERTAIN <br />REAL PROPERTY PREVIOUSLY DESIGNATED AS " SURPLUS" TO AAA <br />HOMES, LLC; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry, by Resolution 20-2166, provides a policy to surplus <br />and sell City -owned real property; and <br />WHEREAS, AAA Homes, LLC, has requested that the City of Casselberry consider selling <br />a piece of vacant City -owned real property located at 1104 Timberlane Trail (Parcel Id. 04-21-30- <br />506-0000-01900) for a fair value of $30,000.00; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry declared 1104 Timberlane Trail as surplus property on <br />July 11, 2011 via Resolution 11-2281. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. The City Commission of the City of Casselberry hereby approves the sale of <br />the surplus real property described below for the amount of $30,000, and authorizes the Mayor to <br />execute any documents) associated with the Coiivejaiiee of real property to AAA Hoiiies, LLQ, <br />including the Vacant Land Contract attached as Exhibit A. <br />1104 Timberlane Trail (Parcel Id. 04-21-30-506-0000-0190): <br />Lot 19, The Colonnades Second Section, a subdivision, according to the plat thereof, <br />recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 14, in the Public Records of Seminole County, <br />Florida. <br />SECTION II. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of <br />the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION III. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution <br />proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the <br />validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Resolution. <br />SECTION IV. Effective Date. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />
