Amended Resolution 20-3169 — Model Home Agreement with LJL Land <br />Development, LLC for Legacy Place Townhomes <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, APPROVING A MODEL HOME AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY AND LJL LAND DEVELOPMENT, LLC f/k/a LJL LAND GROUP, LLC, FOR <br />THE LEGACY PLACE TOWNHOMES DEVELOPMENT; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Amended Resolution 20-3169 correctly defines that the Model Home Agreement for the <br />Legacy Place Townhomes is with LJL Land Development LLC and not with Meritage Homes of Florida, <br />Inc. <br />Background: On June 22, 2020, Resolution 20-3169 and a Model Home Agreement for the Legacy Place <br />Townhomes was presented to the City Commission and approved. However, the resolution inadvertently <br />stated the Agreement was with Meritage Homes of Florida, Inc. when, in fact, it is with LJL Land <br />Development, LLC. The Agreement itself was correct and has been executed. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Community Development Director recommended approval <br />of Amended Resolution 20-3169. <br />C. Resolution 20-3171 — West Development Center Final Plat (SP 20-01) <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, APPROVING THE WEST DEVELOPMENT CENTER FINAL PLAT; PROVIDING <br />FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 20-3171 provides for approval of the replat and combination of three (3) parcels <br />into a single property located along U.S. Highway 17-92. The proposed Final Plat is a replat of <br />approximately 0.916 acres to accommodate future commercial development. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Community Development Director recommended approval <br />of Resolution 20-3171 for the West Development Center Final Plat (SP 20-01). <br />D. Resolution 20-3172 — Belle Avenue Industrial Park Final Plat (SP 20-02) <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, APPROVING THE BELLE AVENUE INDUSTRIAL PARK FINAL PLAT; <br />PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />
