Minutes of June 8, 2020 — Regular Meeting MOTION: Commissioner Aramendia moved to approve the minutes of the June 8, 2020 Regular Meeting, as presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Busch. Motioned carried unanimously by voice vote 5-0. 6. PRESENTATIONS/COMMENDATIONS No items were presented on this agenda. 7. CONSENT AGENDA A. Resolution 20-3167 — FY 2020-21 Addendum to the Agreement for Dispatching Services "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE FY 2020/2021 ADDENDUM TO THE AGREEMENT FOR DISPATCHING SERVICES BETWEEN THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY AND THE SEMINOLE COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 20-3167 provides for the FY 2020-21 Addendum to the existing Agreement for Dispatching Services between the Seminole County Sheriff's Office and the City of Casselberry in the amount of $444,600. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Police Chief recommended approval of Resolution 20-3167 and the FY 2020-2021 Addendum to the Agreement for Dispatching Services between the Seminole County Sheriff's Office and the City of Casselberry in the amount of $444,600. B. Resolution 20-3168 — Agreement with Courtesy Towing` Inc. "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH COURTESY TOWING, INC. FOR VEHICLE STORAGE AND TOWING SERVICES; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 20-3168 provides for the award and execution of an agreement with Courtesy Towing, Inc. for Citywide vehicle storage and towing services on an as -needed basis.
