Budget Amendment #20-033 — Funding for Land Acquisition at Lake Concord Park Introduction: Approval of Budget Amendment #20-033 provides funding for land acquisition for additional parking at Lake Concord Park. Budget Impact: A detailed list of affected funds and accounts are included as part of Budget Amendment #20-033. BA #20-033 Explanation of Request: This item seeks City Commission approval to provide additional funding from CRA (Community Redevelopment Agency) to General Fund for land for Lake Concord Park and parking (Parcel #08-21-30-514-QA00-00117) in the amount of $225,000. E. Budget Amendment #20-034 — Recognition of Donation from Friends of the Park for Memorial Tree Planting in Secret Lake Park Introduction: Budget Amendment #20-034 provides for recognition of revenue to the Tree Replacement Fund from a donation of $300 from Casselberry Friends of the Park for the purpose of purchasing a memorial tree for planting within Secret Lake Park.
