Funds for the Code Enforcement Special Magistrate's invoices are available in FY <br />2020 Budget Account No. 001-0140-514.31-03. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and staff recommended approval of the legal services invoices as <br />submitted. <br />B. Resolution 20-3144 — Jacelys Place Final Plat (SP 19-05) <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, APPROVING THE JACELYS PLACE FINAL PLAT; PROVIDING FOR <br />CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 20-3144 provides for the Jacelys Place Final Plat (SP 19-05) which is a replat <br />of a tract of land along Slumber Lane with no physical address. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Community Development Director recommended approval <br />of Resolution 20-3144 for the Jacelys Place Final Plat (SP 19-05). <br />C. Award of RFP -2020-0532 and Agreements with Prime Electrical Services Inc <br />Futures Electrical, Inc., and Gibson Electric for Electrical Services and Repairs <br />Introduction: This item requests approval to award RFP -2020-0532 for a primary agreement with Prime <br />Electrical Services, Inc. in the amount not to exceed $50,000 annually for up to five years, and two <br />secondary agreements with Futures Electrical, Inc. and Gibson Electric in the amount not to exceed $25,000 <br />each annually for up to five years for electrical services and repairs. (Ref: RFP -2020-0532) <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget at this time. Various operating and/or capital <br />accounts in Public Works and other City Departments/Divisions may be used for future Work Orders under <br />this contract, subject to available budgets. <br />
