RESOLUTION 19-3134 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE GLEN ACADEMY AT LAKE MARIE REPLAT; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, an application for the Glen Academy at Lake Marie Replat Final Plat (Final Plat) was submitted to the City of Casselberry that includes five (5) lots with parcel identification number 09-21-30-5BM-OA00-0200. The subject property is generally located at the southwest corner of Seminola Boulevard and Lake Drive, in Casselberry, Florida; and WHEREAS, the Final Plat has been provided to, reviewed, and approved by Seminole County Addressing, City Planning staff, City Engineer, City Attorney, and the contract surveyor for the City of Casselberry; and WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed the Final Plat on September 11, 2019, and approved with conditions a favorable recommendation to the City Commission; and WHEREAS, the City Commission reviewed and accepted the information provided by staff and the City's consultants on October 14, 2019. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 4-19.11(D) of the Unified Land Development Regulations, the City Commission approves the Glen Academy at Lake Marie Replat Final Plat as filed with the City, attached herein as Exhibit A, for the following: That part of Lots 20 through 24, Block A, together with that portion of Lake Marie lying South and West of Lots 20 through 26, Block A and Northerly of the South line of the Moses E. Levy Grant as shown on Plat of Sportsman's Paradise, as recorded in Plat Book 8, Pages 12 and 13 of the Public Records of Seminole County, Florida, more particularly described as follows: Begin at the Northern most corner of Lot 1, Breezeway at Lake Marie Replat, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 82, Pages 4 and 5, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida; thence run S42°43'09"W along the Northwesterly line of said Lot 1, a distance of 359.90 feet to a point on the East line of Lake Marie as shown on said plat of Sportsman's Paradise, said
