FIRST READING OF ORDINANCES A. First Reading of Ordinance 19-1522 — Amending the Future Land Use Designation for Property Located at 245 Lake Ellen Drive (LPA 19-11) Approval to amend the Future Land Use Map (FLUM) designation from Low Density Residential to Commercial for the approximately 0.69 acre parcel located at 245 Lake Ellen Drive is requested. B. First Reading of Ordinance 19-1523 - Amending the Official Zoning Designation for Property Located at 1085 Belle Avenue (ZB 19-06) Ordinance 19-1523 amends the Official Zoning designation from I (Industrial) to CS (Commercial Service) for the approximately 3.48 acre parcel located at 1085 Belle Avenue. 11.
