RESOLUTION 19-3120 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING A CONTRACT <br />FOR SALE AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />ROBERT R. BOWEN, HONG BOWEN AND EMMA N. NEINS, <br />AND THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY FOR THE PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 119 TRIPLET LAKE DRIVE, CASSELBERRY; <br />PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry approves the purchase of <br />the property located at 119 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida, parcel identification number <br />08-21-30-514-QB00-0040, for the amount of $220,000 plus closing costs. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA: <br />SECTION 1. The purchase of land, otherwise known as Parcel ID #08-21-30-514-QB00 <br />-0040 in the Seminole County Tax Rolls, for $220,000 plus closing costs is hereby approved. <br />SECTION 2. The Contract for Sale and Purchase, attached as Exhibit "A", is hereby <br />approved and the City Commission authorizes the Mayor to execute the document(s) on <br />behalf of the City Commission. <br />SECTION 3. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of <br />the provisions of the Resolution are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 4. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution <br />proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the <br />validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Resolution. <br />SECTION 5. Effective Date.
