RESOLUTION 19-3106 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />APPROVING A VACANT LAND CONTRACT BETWEEN DAYPART, <br />LLC AND THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY FOR THE PURCHASE OF <br />FIVE PARCELS ADJACENT TO THE CASSELBERRY GOLF COURSE, <br />PARCELS ID #16-21-30-300-002G-0000, #16-21-30-300-002H-0000, #16-21- <br />30-503-OA00-015A, #16-21-30-503-OA00-015B, #16-21-30-300-002J-0000; <br />PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE <br />DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry approves the purchase of <br />the properties located adjacent to the Casselberry Golf Course, parcels identification number <br />#16-21-30-300-002G-0000, #16-21-30-300-002H-0000, #16-21-30-503-OA00-015A, #16-21-30- <br />503-OA00-015B, and #16-21-30-300-002J-0000 for the total amount of $15,000 plus closing <br />costs. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. The purchase of land, otherwise known as Parcels #16-21-30-300-002G- <br />0000, #16-21-30-300-002H-0000, #16-21-30-503-OA00-015A, #16-21-30-503-OA00-015B, and <br />#16-21-30-300-002J-0000 in the Seminole County Tax Rolls, for $15,000 plus closing costs is <br />hereby approved. <br />SECTION 2. The Vacant Land Contract, attached as Exhibit "A", is hereby approved <br />and the City Commission authorizes the Mayor to execute the document(s) on behalf of the City <br />Commission. <br />SECTION 3. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of <br />the provisions of the Resolution are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 4. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution <br />proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the <br />validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Resolution. <br />SECTION 5. Effective Date. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its adoption. <br />
