RESOLUTION 19-3102
<br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
<br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE
<br />JEFFERSON LAKE HOWELL REPLAT; PROVIDING FOR
<br />CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE
<br />DATE.
<br />WHEREAS, Jefferson Apartment Group submitted the Jefferson Lake Howell replat for
<br />final approval which includes parcel identification numbers 21-21-30-300-012B-0000; 21-21-30-
<br />300-0120-0000; 21-21-30-300-0100-0000; 21-21-30-300-0110-0000; 21-21-30-300-0130-0000;
<br />21-21-30-300-013A-0000; 21-21-30-300-014A-0000; 21-21-30-300-0140-0000; 21-21-30-300-
<br />0150-0000; 22-21-30-300-0110-0000; and, 22-21-30-300-011 A-0000 and is generally located
<br />along Red Bug Lake Road, in Casselberry, Florida; and
<br />WHEREAS, the replat has been provided to, reviewed, and approved by Seminole
<br />County Addressing, City staff, the City Engineer, the City Attorney, and the contract surveyor
<br />for the City; and
<br />WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed the
<br />replat on June 12, 2019, and provided a favorable recommendation to the City Commission that
<br />included conditions of approval; and
<br />WHEREAS, the City Commission reviewed the information provided by staff and the
<br />City's consultants on July 22, 2019.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
<br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
<br />SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 4-19.11D of the Unified Land Development
<br />Regulations, the City Commission approves the final plat for the Jefferson Lake Howell
<br />properties, as filed with the City, attached herein as Exhibit A, for the following:
<br />A parcel of land located in Section 21 and Section 22, Township 21 South, Range 30 East,
<br />Seminole County, Florida. Said parcel being more particularly described as follows:
<br />Commence at the northeast comer of the southeast quarter of said Section 21; thence run along
<br />the East line of the southeast quarter of said Section 21, South 01° 17' 34" East, 50.01 feet to the
<br />POINT OF BEGINNING, also being a point on the southerly right of way line of Red Bug Lake
<br />Road as shown on the Seminole County Engineering Department Right of Way Map, Project No.
<br />0-84008, Dated: March through May, 1984; thence leaving said East line of the southeast quarter
<br />of Section 21, run along said southerly right of way line of Red Bug Lake Road, North 89° 38'
<br />48" East, 110.01 feet to the northeast corner of the lands described in Official Records Book
<br />6593, Page 1282, of the Public Records of Seminole County, Florida; thence leaving said
<br />southerly right of way line of Red Bug Lake Road, run the following eight courses along the
<br />boundary lines of said lands, South 01° 17' 34" East, 300.04 feet; thence South 89° 38'48" West,
