RESOLUTION 14-2583 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, DESIGNATING PARCEL ID 09-21-30-5BM-OA00-OOP1 LOCATED IN SPORTSMAN'S PARADISE AS SURPLUS PROPERTY; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, via Resolution 08-1938, the City of Casselberry established a policy that City -owned property must be declared as surplus property by the City Commission prior to its sale; and WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry desires to declare Parcel ID 09-21-30-5BM- OA00-001`I located in Sportsman's Paradise along Seminola Boulevard as "surplus" in order to place this City -owned property for sale. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The City Commission of the City of Casselberry hereby designates Parcel ID 09-21-30-5BM-OA00-OOP1, as shown on the attached "Exhibit A", as surplus property. SECTION 2. CONFLICTS. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. SEVERABILITY. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase, word or portion of this Resolution is for any reason held invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent provision and such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portion hereto. SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. PASSED and ADOPTED this y day of r_ , A.D., 2014. ATTEST: Donna G.
