The City Commission of the City of Casselberry held a Workshop on Monday, February 13, 2017 at 3:30 p.m., Casselberry City Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. ELECTED OFFICIALS PRESENT: Charlene Glancy, Mayor/Commissioner - Seat No. 5 Anthony Aramendia, Vice Mayor/Commissioner — Seat No. 1 (arrived at 4: 00 p.nz. ) Andrew Meadows, Commissioner — Seat No. 2 Sandra Solomon, Commissioner - Seat No. 3 Bill Hufford, Commissioner — Seat No. 4 STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT: Randy Newlon, City Manager Donna G. Gardner, City Clerk Kelly Brock, Deputy Public Works Director/City Engineer Dean Fathelbab, Planner 1 Emily Hanna, Planner II Randy Woodruff, Interim Community Development Director 1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER Mayor Glancy called the Workshop of the Casselberry City Commission to order at 3:39 p.m. 2. ROLL CALL The City Clerk called the roll of Elected Officials. All were present with the exception of Vice Mayor Aramendia who arrived in the Chambers at 4:00 p.m. 3. COMPREHENSIVE UPDATED EVALUATION r APPRAISAL REPORT (EAR) Presentation: Interim Community Development Director Randy Woodruff gave a brief introduction, advising that the City had contracted with Poulos and Bennett to update the City's Comprehensive Plan and to produce the required Evaluation and Appraisal Report (EAR). He stated that the purpose of the workshop was to give an overview of the process and how the work has progressed to this point, and to obtain buy -in and input fi•om the City Commission. He further advised that the City's consulting team would be giving a presentation about the Comprehensive Plan update and Evaluation & Appraisal Report and Dr. Christopher Hawkins, Associate Professor and Urban and Regional Planning Program Coordinator at the University of Central Florida (UCF)
