RESOLUTION 700 <br />"A RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, RENAMING DIAMOND PARK TO ROTARY PARK; PROVIDING FOR <br />CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />WHEREAS, the Rotary Club of Casselberry has requested that Diamond Park be renamed to Rotary <br />Park; and <br />WHEREAS, the Leisure Services Advisory Board has recommended to the City Commission of the City <br />of Casselberry that the park be renamed subject to several conditions; and <br />WHEREAS, the Rotary Club of Casselberry has agreed to the imposed conditions. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION ONE. That the City Commission of the City of Casselberry supports and endorses the name <br />change of Diamond Park to Rotary Park. <br />SECTION TWO. The conditions as recommended by the Leisure Services Board which are attached <br />as Exhibited A are to be adhered to. <br />SECTION THREE. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of the <br />provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION FOUR. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution proves to be <br />invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of <br />any other Section or part of this Resolution. <br />SECTION FIVE. Effective Date.
