CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION Minutes of October 24, 2016 — Regular Meeting Page 2 of 11 4. ROLL CALL The City Clerk called the roll of Elected Officials. All were present. Mayor Glancy advised that there was a need to amend the Agenda to add an Item A under Agenda Item 12 — Other Items. Mr. Newlon briefly explained that the additional item was for the purpose of delegating authority to the Finance Director to liquidate tax credit certificates received for brownfield cleanup. MOTION: Vice Commissioner Hufford moved to amend the Agenda by adding Item 12.A. - Delegation of Authority to Finance Director to Execute Any Documents Necessary for the Liquidation and Conversion to Cash of Tax Credit Certificates Received from the State of Florida as Reimbursement for Brownfield Cleanup. Motion was seconded by Vice Mayor Aramendia. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 5-0. 5. MINUTES No minutes were presented for consideration on this agenda. 6. PRESENTATIONS/COMMENDATIONS A. Presentation: Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting Mayor Glancy presented Finance Director Rebecca Bowman with the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting from the Government Finance Officers Association for the City's Comprehensive Annual Financial Report for the Fiscal Year Ended September 30, 2015. B. Presentation: Award for Outstanding_ Achievement in Popular Annual Financial Reporting Mayor Glancy announced that the City of Casselberry had received the Award for Outstanding Achievement in Popular Annual Financial Reporting for Fiscal Year Ended September 30, 2015 from the Government Finance Officers Association for the fifth consecutive year. 7.
