CITY COMMISSION <br />The City Commission of the City of Casselberry held an Executive Session at 4:00 p.m. in the City's <br />Manager's Conference Room and a Regular Meeting in the Commission Chambers at 5:00 p.m, on Monday, <br />June 13, 2016, Casselberry City Hall, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. <br />ELECTED OFFICIALS PRESENT: <br />Charlene Glancy, Mayor/Commissioner - Seat No. 5 <br />Colleen Hufford, Vice Mayor/Commissioner - Seat No. 4 <br />Sandra Solomon, Commissioner — Seat No. 3 <br />Andrew Meadows, Commissioner — Seat No. 2 <br />Anthony Aramendia, Commissioner — Seat No. 1 <br />STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT: <br />Randy Newlon, City Manager <br />Catherine D. Reischmann, City Attorney <br />Donna G. Gardner, City Clerk <br />Kelly Brock, Assistant Public Works Director/City Engineer <br />Carol Conroy, Accounting Manager <br />Mark Gisclar, Public Works Director <br />Emily Hanna, Planner II <br />Larry Krantz, Police Chief <br />Brian Muckel, Construction & Permitting Manager <br />Sandra Smith, Community Development Director <br />Randy Woodruff, Development Services Manager <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />An Executive Session was held at 4:00 p.m. for the purpose of briefing the City Commission on labor <br />negotiations with Teamsters Local 385. Executive Sessions are held by the City Commission for the <br />purpose of discussion of labor matters; they are not open to the general public pursuant to Florida Statutes <br />447.605. All members of the City Commission were present. Also present at the session were Randy <br />Newlon, City Manager and Andy Brooks, Human Resources and Risk Manager. Mayor Glancy adjourned <br />the Executive Session at 4:45 p.m. <br />1. MEETING CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Glancy called the regular meeting of the Casselberry City Commission to order at 5:01 p.m. Mayor <br />Glancy announced the rules of decorum to the audience. <br />
