Minutes of April 11, 2016 — Regular Meeting MOTION: Commissioner Aramendia moved to approve the minutes of the April 11, 2016 Regular Meeting, as presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Solomon. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 5 -0. 6. PRESENTATIONS /COMMENDATIONS No items were scheduled on this agenda. 7. CONSENT AGENDA A. Resolution 16 -2846 — FY 2016 Second Quarter Budget Amendments and Budget Transfers "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ANNUAL OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2015 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30,2016." Introduction: Resolution 16 -2846 revises and amends the annual operating budget of the City of Casselberry as approved on September 28, 2015 through Resolution 15 -2787 for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2015. Budget Impact: The Second Quarter Budget Amendment spreadsheet details changes to the budget as a result of Budget Amendments adopted by the City Commission at various meetings during the second quarter of Fiscal Year 2016. These changes are presented in the "Second Quarter Budget Amendments" spreadsheet and reflect changes in individual funds. The "Second Quarter Budget Transfers" spreadsheet details changes made to the budget within each department as approved by the City Manager. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Finance Director recommended approval of Resolution 16- 2846. B.
