RESOLUTION 15 -2731 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE "CASSELBERRY COMMONS LLC. RE- PLAT "; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, Casselberry Commons, LLC, submitted a re -plat for final approval for parcel ID; 28- 21 -30- 300 -0560 -0000, located at Casselberry Commons shopping center, located on SR 436 and Howell Branch Road; and WHEREAS, the re -plat has been provided to, reviewed, and approved by City staff, the City Engineer, the City Attorney, and the contract surveyor for the City; and WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed the re- plat on April 8, 2015 and provided a favorable recommendation to the City Commission that included conditions of approval; and WHEREAS, the City Commission reviewed the information provided by staff and the City's consultants on May 11, 2015, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1.
