RESOLUTION 14 -2602 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE FEE SCHEDULE FOR PARKS AND RECREATION FACILITY USE, PROGRAM ACTIVITY PARTICIPATION AND SPORTS TEAM REGISTRATIONS; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, fee schedules for recreation programs and park facilities are reviewed periodically to ensure that the facilities and programs offered are able to meet public demand in a cost - effective manner and continue to promote the quality of life within the community; and WHEREAS, the fee schedule for parks and recreation facility use, program activity participation and sports team registrations were last updated February 13, 2006 via Resolution 06 -1648; and WHEREAS, pursuant to City Code Section 60 -22, the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board reviewed and recommended approval of the amended fee schedule at their February 11, 2014 meeting. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. That the City Commission hereby approves the amended fee schedule for parks and recreation facility use, program activity participation and sports team registrations, attached hereto as "Exhibit A". SECTION H. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. SECTION III. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Resolution.
