Minutes of July 8, 2013 — Regular Meeting <br />MOTION: Commissioner Aramendia moved to approve the minutes of the July 8, 2013 <br />Regular Meeting, as presented. Motion was seconded by Vice Mayor Solomon. <br />Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 5 — 0. <br />6. PRESENTATIONS /COMMENDATIONS <br />No items were scheduled on this agenda. <br />7. CONSENT AGENDA <br />A. Resolution 13 -2513 - Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the Standard Consultant <br />Agreement with CDM Smith, Inc. for Transportation Engineering Services <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. <br />1 TO THE STANDARD CONSULTANT AGREEME NT FOR PROFESSIONAL <br />TRANSPORTATION ENGINEERING SERVICES WITH CDM SMITH, INC.; PROVIDING FOR <br />CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 13 -2513 approves Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the Standard Consultant <br />Agreement for Professional Transportation Engineering Services with CDM Smith, Inc. for an amount not to <br />exceed $27,070 without prior authorization and authorizes the Mayor to execute said document on behalf of <br />the City. <br />Budget Impact: Funds to cover the cost associated with Supplemental Agreement No. 1 are available from <br />Stormwater Professional Services (110- 0740 - 539.31 -00) in the amount of $6,767.50, Distribution and <br />Collection Professional Services (401- 0751 - 536.31 -00) in the amount of $f6,767.50, Water Reclamation <br />Professional Services (401- 0753 - 535.31 -00) in the amount of $6,767.50, and Water Production Professional <br />Services (401- 0754 - 533.31 -00) in the amount of $6,767.50 for a total amount not to exceed $27,070. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Direction recommended approval of Resolution <br />13 -2513. <br />
