RESOLUTION 11 -2224 WHEREAS, the Casselberry Community Redevelopment Agency has authorized the purchase by the Casselberry Community Redevelopment Agency of the property located at 4270 South United States Highway 17 -92, Casselberry, Florida, and WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry desires to make known its approval of this, consents the purchase of the South United States Highway 17 -92 property as this purchase is in furtherance of the Casselberry Community Redevelopment Agency Plan. NOW THEREFORE, . RESOLVED . COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RR FLORIDA: SECTION 1. The purchase of property located at 4270 South United States Highway 17- 92, land, otherwise known as Parcel Identification Number 08- 21- 30- 513L- OA00 -001A, in the Seminole County Tax Rolls, is hereby approved, pursuant to the Contract for Purchase and Sale attached as Exhibit "A ". SECTION 2. The City Commission authorizes Purchase and Sale Agreement, attached as "Exhibit A ", is hereby consented to by the City Commission authorizing the Mayor to execute all necessary documents on behalf of the City Commission to facilitate the purchase. SECTION 3. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of the provisions of the Resolution are hereby repealed. SECTION 4. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Resolution. SECTION 5. Effective Date. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED this day of °°"rA 5 A.D., 2011.
