All were present. <br />Interim City Manager Randy Newlon gave an overview of the procedure that would be followed for the <br />Retreat, including a brief description of the information to be covered in each item. He advised that an <br />addition had been made to the morning session to include Mr. Rick Birdoff, owner of the Jai Alai property. He <br />stated that Mr. Birdoff would be discussing possible joint opportunities with the City for that property. <br />s <br />e <br />Presentation: Interim Finance Director Rebecca Bowman and Interim City Manager Randy Newlon <br />submitted a PowerPoint presentation documenting the City's current financial status including results of an <br />analysis of the City's fund balances as of the end of FY2011, and a 10 -year General Fund Forecast including <br />
