W-515 N <br />The City Commission of the City of Casselberry held a special meeting and attorney- client session on Monday, <br />March 12, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. The special meeting was held in the Casselbeny City Commission Chambers and <br />the attorney- client session was held in the City Manager's Conference Room, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, <br />Casselbeny, Florida. <br />Charlene Glancy, Mayor /Commissioner - Seat No. 5 <br />Colleen Hufford, Vice Mayor /Commissioner — Seat No. 4 <br />Sandra Solomon, Commissioner — Seat No. 3 <br />Jon Miller, Commissioner — Seat No. 2 <br />Anthony Aramendia, Commissioner — Seat No. 1 <br />STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT: <br />Randy, Interim City Manager <br />Catherine D. Reischmann, City Attorney <br />Donna G. Gardner, City Clerk (attended the special ineetiag only) <br />Mayor Glancy called the special meeting of the Casselbeny City Commission to order at 6:02 p.m. <br />The City Clerk called the roll of Elected Officials. All were present. <br />Ms. Catherine D. Reischmann, City Attorney, requested that the City Commission conduct an attorney- client <br />session, pursuant to Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes, for the purpose of discussing: Rochelle Meeks v. <br />City of Casselbeny, Case No. 2010 -CA- 006415. The subject matter of the attorney- client session shall be <br />confined to settlement negotiations or strategy sessions related to litigation expenditures. <br />The estimated length of the attorney - client session was one (1) hour. Mayor Glancy announced that the <br />individuals attending the attorney- client session were Mayor Charlene Glancy, Vice Mayor Colleen Hufford, <br />
