Mayor's Proclamation -Parks and Recreation Month <br />Mayor Glancy proclaimed the month of July as Parks and Recreation Month and recognized members of the <br />Parks & Recreation Division in the audience. <br />7® CITIZENS' C 'I'S <br />Mayor Glancy announced persons that wished to make comment or make inquiry on any matter not on the <br />agenda, may request to be recognized during Citizens' Comments. Mayor Glancy announced the rules of <br />decorum. The following individuals came forward: <br />1) Ms. Renee Berg, Realtor, 2420 Northumbria Drive, Sanford, requested the City Commission <br />consider a reduction in the utility deposit amount required for REO brokers who open <br />multiple temporary accounts. <br />2) Ms. Phyllis Nussbaum, 1160 Calle Del Nome, expressed concerns regarding the possibility of <br />LYNX splitting the Bus 41 route because of ongoing delays on that route, and stated it will <br />put a undue hardship on seniors who utilized that bus route. <br />No one else came forward. <br />~a (:®I~SEI~TT ADEN A <br />A.
