Grant Application to Florida Municipal Insurance Trust Matching Safety Grant Fund for <br />Backup Sensors <br />Consideration to submit a 2009-2010 Florida Municipal Insurance Trust Matching Safety Grant Application in the <br />amount of $4,800 with a match of $4,800 for the purpose of purchasing backup sensors for City vehicles is requested. <br /> <br />C. Resolution 10-2147 - Standard Consultant Agreement with Brown and Caldwell for <br />Continuing Professional Utilities Services <br />Consideration of Resolution 10-2147 approving an agreement with Brown and Caldwell, Inc. to provide continuing <br />consulting services for general water and sewer utility projects is requested. <br /> <br />D. Resolution 10-2148 - Adoption of a Plan Update to the Local Mitigation Strategy for Seminole <br />County and its Municipalities <br />Consideration of Resolution 10-2148 to adopt an updated Local Mitigation Strategy plan for Seminole County and its <br />municipalities is requested. <br /> <br />E. Resolution 10-2150 - Supporting the Interpretation of F.S. Chapter 849 by the Florida <br />Attorney General & Urging the Florida Legislature, State Attorneys and Statewide <br />Prosecutor to Take Action re the Legality of Internet Cafes <br />Consideration of Resolution 10-2150 supporting the determination by the Florida Attorney General regarding an <br />interpretation ofF.S. Chapter 849 and urging the Florida Legislature, State Attorneys and Statewide Prosecutor to take <br />action as it pertains to the legality oflong distance or internet cafe' sweepstake gaming activities is requested for submittal <br />to the Florida League of Cities (FLC) for fiuiher consideration by the FLC Policy and Legislative Committees at their <br />annual conference in August 2010. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />9.
