CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Glancy called the workshop of the Casselberry City Commission to orah at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL <br /> <br />The City Clerk called the roll of Elected Officials. All were present. <br /> <br />3. RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY DEFAULT AND FORECLOSURE <br />REGISTRATION PROGRAM <br /> <br />Presentation: Lieutenant Scott Pleasants gave a presentation regarding development of a residential property <br />default and foreclosure registration program to alleviate health, safety and blight issues occurring in residential <br />areas from foreclosed properties. A copy of the presentation is attached to and made a part of these <br />minutes. <br /> <br />Philosophy of the Program: <br />It Banks/Mortgagees hold a vested financial interest and deed with the properties. <br />It Banks/Mortgagees are custodial owners of the propeliies, as well as the homeowner. <br />It Therefore they should not be able to hide behind the idea that only the homeowner is responsible for <br />
